Care Team
Our office works closely with all healthcare providers, regardless of network. We want to work with you and your physician to better coordinate your health care. We accept referrals and we provide appropriate referrals when necessary!
Coverage
Our office accepts traditional Medicare. You may have a different insurance and that is okay! As an out of network provider, your insurance still may cover our services. As courtesy, we submit claims to your insurance or provide documents you need for direct reimbursement. If you are self pay, we accept most major credit cards, cash, and checks.
